Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Naiera for services, you agree to these terms. For paid projects, a signed proposal or service agreement takes precedence where terms differ.
Scope and Deliverables
Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in writing before work begins. Requests outside agreed scope may require revised timelines and additional fees.
Payment Terms
Consultation and project fees are billed according to the agreed proposal. Late payments may pause work. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, credentials, and required assets. Delays in required client inputs may affect deadlines and delivery schedules.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final approved deliverables unless otherwise specified in contract. Naiera retains rights to internal processes, reusable frameworks, and pre-existing proprietary materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Naiera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid for the specific services in dispute.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the signed agreement terms. Clients remain responsible for payment of all completed or in-progress work up to the termination date.
